What is a BarCamp style event?

• According to Wikipedia, the BarCamp, and by extension, an unconference, is an international network of user generated conferences that are open, participatory workshop-events, where sessions are driven by participants the day of the event.
• BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from participants who are the main actors of the event.
• Question: Has anyone in the audience attended an BarCamp or un-conference before?
• The schedule of talks, presentations, and discussions are made up as you go along.
• There is the rule of two feet, which means if you are in a talk, presentation, or discussion that is not what you wanted you can just get up quietly and go to another one.
